Barry Denim Button-Up Shirt

Love the weight and fabric of this shirt; however, not made for small chests and large hips. I’m a pear shape, 41 in hips, 34 in waist, ordered a medium. Can’t size down bc it wouldn’t fit over my hips, no top button, so a deep v. If I sat in it, the top opened, sleeves were also long. It’s thick and would be great for someone who have no hips.

I loved this color...light beige denim...shirt, but this one ran really small thru the shoulders, and therefore was really tight thru my armholes. I ordered the same size in the blue denim and it fits perfect. The shoulder seams actually measure almost 2" difference when I laid the 2 tops on top of one another. I think my medium could qualify as a small. If it had fit me correctly, I would have kept in a heartbeat!!

I love everything about this button down shirt. I bought the white and it's a thicker material so it's not see-through at all. It's the "Barry" cut so it's a slimmer, more fitted shirt which I prefer. Would definitely recommend sizing up. I own several of these shirts (black, denim, and dark gray) so I was excited to see the white version come available in my size. The frayed tattered edges at the bottom are perfect and not overdone. Great length and buttons don't gap at the bust. My only very slight negative is the buttons are a little tight in the button holes but not a deal breaker.
