Jacer Slingback Pump

I loved these shoes until the strap broke after walking in them all day.

Bought these for work shoes. Wore them & the elastic in the strap broke in on eif the ones. And looks like it will break soon in the other. Spent to much for this to happen. Great shoes otherwise.

I rotated these shoes into my work schedule. Unfortunately, after 3 months, the elastic completely broke preventing the heel from connecting. I’m disappointed as I was hoping they would last bit longer.

These are lovely shoes. In fact, I bought them online in two colors. They come with a sturdy block heel that manages to look sleek and feminine. Typically, shoes that start out as low heeled in small sizes become high heels by the time they’re produced in a 10 or 11; these are no exception. The reported 1.5” heel comes in at 2.25” on the size 11. Except for athletic and a couple of shoes with textile uppers, I only ever purchase genuine full grain leather. They typically cost more but can last decades. I’m disappointed in Franco Sarto this time. Their shoes are always a good fit for my narrow heel while the forefoot fits my medium width very well. I have almost a dozen leather pairs in this brand which I’ve taken care of, many of them having been acquired over twenty ago. But this shoe with its product description saying it has a leather upper will never last that long. They are made with only the thin top grain leather adhered to fake, polyurethane (PU) leather on the underside. One scrape on the toe and you’ll be down to the PU. The strap that makes up the slingback looks very cheap. The leather is incredibly thin and the PU backing looks very cheap and thin. I don’t think it will be long before the part of the strap where the holes are will snap in two; it’s just not thick enough to last. I hope the quality, or lack of, is apparent in the photos. This was a fail, Franco Sarto. I’ve needed to replace my higher heeled dress shoes and have been looking for something low that isn’t a pump or flat. I may have considered keeping these even though the heel is higher than I need because they are so nice looking, but I refuse to purchase PU shoes because they will fall apart. Even if I parked these shoes in my closet after wearing a few times, the PU would eventually break down to a peeling mess, making the shoes completely unwearable. To label these as having a leather upper is false advertising. Buyer beware.

They’re cute and comfy but the elastic broke already and I’m so upset

I was concerned that these toes might be too pointy or that the heel would be too high. Those worries were unwarranted. These are the perfect, classic, elegant sling backs that I hoped they would be. I love them.

Didn’t like this at all and so disappointed in this shoe and brand. Will not be buying from this store because it’s not the same return policy as the store Nordstrom even if an item is defective

Do. Not. Buy. These. Shoes. I bought these shoes for an overseas work conference and could not regret that decision more. The inside of the shoe is also hard leather so if your feet get hot or if it’s hot outside at all, the shoe sticks to your foot immediately. The blisters I got from these shoes rival those I got from pointe shoes. Heels are not normally a problem for me, and the heel itself wasn’t the issue. The inside of the toe box, however, not only (likely) permanently scarred my feet, but also ruined my pedicure because it stuck to my nail polish and rubbed it off. Save yourself, don’t buy these.

Semi-cute shoes but extremely uncomfortable! All dressed up but no where for toes to go! Toes were pinched after only 30 minutes of wearing to an event. Too bad because this is one of my favorite brands.

The shoes feel heavy on my foot.. Although they appear and initially felt like they would be very comfortable and long wear time shoes, they are not. The shoes hurt in my toe area after only 1 hour of wear. I really liked to appearance of the heel. However, if they hadn't been final sale items, I would have returned them because of lack of comfort.

I love this shoe it is very stylish and very comfortable and just the right price I would love to have it in navy blue
