The Seamed High Waist Wide Leg Trouser Jeans

I really like the double button on these high waisted jeans. Definitely makes them stand out over a regular pair of jeans. I purchased my usual size 28 and sadly they were too big for me. For reference I’m 5’4” and 138#. Im sure the 27 would have fit but they are now sold out. The 28 was long on me and probably extra long since they didn’t fit well. But definitely a jean that I would have worn with heels.

So my first thought was when I received them was that they were going to be way too long. They are actually really long, but I paired them with some 5 inch heeled shoes and they seem to work great. I didn’t want to hem the bottoms because it’s really pretty and will lose the style intent . They have some good stretch so if you want to downsize you can do that. I typically wear a 27 and I ordered a 26 and they fit amazing.

The fit cut and comfort are perfect for my 5'4" 29" inseam 125lbs me. But I do need to wear a 2" plus heal to not drag but I bought them to be work wear and they fit the bill. The funky fresh belt loop placement is a fun style choice. Only wish is if these were a Dark wash. Haunted is a medium to lighter wash. It is a nice contrast to my VB dark blue blazer I usually wear with it- and if it came with brass / gold hardware rather than the bright silver. But still a solid purchase comfy from first wear.

I receive lots of compliments on these jeans, you can dress them up or dress them down. I’m short so I have to wear them with heels because they are long and if I would tailor them up, it would lose the beautiful ham so heels it is! They do run a bit large so they aren’t as form fitting on my butt, but they’re still so flattering! Worth the splurge

I usually love Frame jeans. They fit well, they flatter, they often make me rethink what I like in jeans: in other words, they inspire me. They refresh my wardrobe. But these were awful. They made my thighs look thick, my butt look wide—and while they whittled my waist, I couldn’t find a dang thing to make an outfit with them. A total loss. Returned them.
