Flynn Leather Sneaker (Men)

This purchase was an absolute joke. The shoes arrived in a plastic bag not a shoebox, immediate red flag. Second, these shoes were obviously returned by another customer. But, not just returned, they had substantial wear and tear on them, like someone had worn them for a couple of months, then returned them. The fact that Nordstrom then wanted to charge me a $10.00 return fee unless I personally bring them to a store (costing ME time and money) is appalling. Far below Nordstrom standards I believe in. Yes, I realize this was “the Rack” but, still, pretty ridiculous.
