F-Mode Sneaker (Women)

While these shoes look fantastic, I was deeply disappointed. Something has changed with the microwobbleboard sole, and these shoes are *not* comfortable to me, as past microwobbleboards have been. I'm so very sad, and vexed, bc it used to be that I could trust that any microwobbleboard shoe always felt great out of the box; I could stand for hours. What I've found is that the two other F-MODE shoes I've bought (a Derby, and another sneaker) have this same issue -- they are just not as cushy, and make my feet ache. Oddly, another microwobbleboard sandal I got recently (GEN-FF sole) was the same old comfort, thank goodness. I also have the old comfort with the SHUV, and the SKANDI boots from a few years back. The company has made some sort of change with the F-MODE, and I sincerely wish they would mark their microwobbleboards as being different, so we know which is the old comfort, and which is the newer with less cushion, like these new sneakers; they are indeed different soles. I've been trying to figure out what kinds of insoles to add, but really, I never had to do this before. I'd return them if I could. Please FitFlop! Fix this! I've been a customer since 2012, your shoes have been my mainstay. I waited for years for you to make stylish sneakers etc., and now, you've changed the magic. All of my older microwobbleboards are markedly different from the F-MODE. And it's not bc they're worked in -- I once bought two pair of shoes I really liked to keep one in reserve, and cracking open the new box of an older style recently (chukkas), they are the old reliable comfort. I sincerely hope the powers that be will read this and take note.
