The tool itself is sturdy, yet not too heavy. I love the floating plates as well for a more precise and smooth press.

i never received my order it’s been over a month i’m very dissatisfied with this company. I’m not sure if i’ll buy anything from them again. overall i need my refund or product

Amazing Flat Iron!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flat iron is amazing. My old flat iron I had it for years, and it finally gave out, so I was looking for the same as my old ones and came across these. They leave your hair shiny and silky just the way I like my hair to look like I just came from the salon just like my old ones. These flat irons are amazing. I will be buying a bigger one as well.
