The Lovesick Off the Shoulder Minidress

I wanted to love this dress and the fact that it came folded up into a ball in a plastic bag for the price was disappointing. I love the concept- the cut, length and pockets however for the price I’d expect better quality. The seams were all crooked and it is a little see through- for example, you can see the lining and pockets. Also, runs small in the chest- if I would have sized up the waist and length would have been too big and long. For reference, I’m a petite 34C. Sadly, this is going back.
