If you have a chest don’t bother
I am a 34C/D and wear a 6 in tops - pretty much exclusively. I ordered the medium in this and the buttons don’t even reach across my chest - I had 5” of space to go between the buttons - with an unpadded bra on. There are darts on the sides of bust of the top, but they appear to be decorative because the front of the top lies flat and does not have any shaping for a bust of any size.
