Received Wrong Color Twice!!!
I ordered two silver bracelets and they arrived in gold. I reported it to customer service online and in-store when I returned the bracelets. They re-ordered the bracelets for me again so I can receive the correct ones. My order came today and once again the bracelets are GOLD. How do you make the same mistake twice. There's not even an option for gold online. This is so frustrating!!!

Hoping for the Silver
I saw another review mentioning they received a gold bracelet instead of silver, and I was hoping that was just a one-time mistake. Unfortunately, when I received my order and opened it, I also received a gold bracelet—despite ordering silver. My order confirmation clearly states silver in the details. While the bracelet is beautiful, it's clear that only the gold version is being shipped, regardless of what’s listed on the website.
