they sent totally different item.
Instead of earrings I bought I received totally different one. So I went to the Nordstrom rack and returned the wrong item and been told that I need to report that the item never delivered and request refund. So I did reported the issue but Nordstrom replied that they won’t refund me. It’s unbelievable and unacceptable service!!! It’s stilling. Also they sent me some items twice and I honestly returned the extra items, and look how I got treated!!!
