Raglan Sleeve Merino Wool Turtleneck Sweater

Even though there were few great things I liked about this sweater: very soft merino wool, color, raglan style, I will still retur it. Why: its cropped, not regular length and was not mentioned in description; It is too wide for having raglan style; The color not as vibrant as on the picture and much darker. I would not buy it if it was advertised properly. Overall: cheep design for good quality yarn. Overpriced.

This is a gorgeous sweater and fits as I expected as I have another in a different color. While the sale price is definitely attractive, it arrived with two large snags in both sleeves. It’s also a final sale. I hope I can repair them enough to not show too much. I’ve enjoyed Rack online shopping for years and this is my first disappointment.

The merino wool used in this sweater is woven in a way that the sweater actually feels like cotton. So comfy! The body below the armpits is slightly loose - not fitted but not completely boxy like some Eileen sweaters. I expected the color to be beige but it is a nice light silver-grey. A keeper for me for sure!

This is one of the few EF items that actually fit me this season. I love the rubbing, texture, merino wool, and the Aegean Blue - really a dark teal green- is a color to die for. Unfortunately, the heavily knit turtleneck part was a bit too snug, even around my chicken neck, to feel comfortable and not like a tight heavy scarf. Otherwise I’d give this sweater 10 stars. As always, order one size down in EF unless you prefer a really loose fit.
