Painful lesson in e-commerce
First (and last) time to order from Nordstrom Rack. I love these sandals. Normally I wear an 8, but these are about 1/2 size too short. I paid $9.95 S/H. I failed to read the fine print, and found out a painful lesson - no exchanges, an additional $9.95 to return them (I don't live near a store). So I have paid $20 to Nordstrom Rack for no shoes. Them $20, me zero.
