So comfortable

No arch support
I really wanted to love these. I ordered and waited for them Unfortunately they came in and while beautiful, you could drive a truck between the sole and my arch. I don't understand why the sole is so hard and has zero arch support. Super disappointed.

Great fit and texture, but toe looked too square.
This shoe has great texture and was a perfect fit! This might be personal aesthetic preference, but when I looked down at them, the toe area just looked too wide and square... almost blocky. Otherwise good shoe!

Great boot, delivery and packaging terrible
The boots themselves are really cute and comfortable. I would say I have pretty standard/leaning towards wide feet and they’re comfortable. My only complaint was how terrible the delivery was. The boots didn’t come in a box so they’re really creased and I haven’t been able to get that out. They literally came in a plastic bag inside of a plastic Nordstrom delivery bag. There were holes in the bag and it rained. Just really disappointed that the boots didn’t come in a proper box.

The brown color is rich and lush and the calf width is perfect for me. The size 6 fits true to size. I’m so excited to wear this this winter season

Sleek and fashionable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love them. I went a size up I’m usually an 8 and went with 9 and they fit perfect. Love the detail of the simple buckle on the side and the round shaped boot. They are comfy I walked around with them a bit and the sole if slightly padded so it gave me good support. I love how it shapes my calf .i am going to buy some product treatment to help protect the boot but it doesn’t seem high maintenance.i love the color I can see this pairing with anything . Excited to add this to my Fall/Winter wardrobe
