Great shoes, size down
These shoes are simply great! Classic, timeless style, and they break in pretty easily for docs. They run big though. I am a pretty consistent 7, but they 7 was way too big. The size 6 is perfect! I’d definitely recommend sizing down.

Do Not Order From Nordstrom Rack
They sent me two different sizes of the same shoe? One was an 8 and the other was a 9. I was super disappointed because I really loved the shoes, but obviously couldn’t wear them since they were two different sizes. Doc Martens are a fantastic shoe brand; Nordstrom on the other hand seems to have a hard time fulfilling online orders accurately. I will be returning them.

do not size down
I trusted all the reviews and sized down to a 6 from my regular 7. They are way too short and narrow on me. Now the size 7 is unavailable so I’m stuck with these too-short, painful but beautiful shoes.

Heavy, but cute
I tried these on in store. These fit well and are high quality, but are so heavy. My foot slipped out of the tied shoe because the lug sole is so heavy. If they were a little higher, they may have stayed on better. I do have a narrow foot, so someone with a normal or wide width foot may not have this issue.

Get your normal size!!!!
I am flat footed and usually wear a size 9. These fit perfectly, I measured my foot and looked at the size chart on the dr.martens website to match length of my foot. The shoes are a 10/10!!!!! But the shipping kinda sucks, it kept on getting delayed.
