Double Pocket Crop Cardigan

I had hoped this sweater would arrive before a trip to Portugal but it didn't. When I got home, my neighbor brought the package over and when I tried it on, it fit well( other Frame jackets and sweaters I have bought are hit or miss; sometimes they are huge). I noticed some pilling, which I thought was strange. Then I looked in the mirror and saw that two of the buttons were missing and where they had been were noticeably missing.Although it did come with one extra button, I still needed one more. I considered going on a search for heavy gold buttons but decided I didn't want to keep a sweater that appeared to have been worn and returned.If this sweater had been new, it was exactly what I had been looking for and I was disappointed and annoyed. I cannot believe Nordstrom Rack shipped this out as if nothing was wrong with it. I think this may be my last purchase at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack. Too bad- Nordstrom used to be my favorite store but customer service and shipping are really lacking these days.

Always on the lookout for a fuzzy warm cream sweater and this is a really good one. It’s a medium to heavy weight. It’ wool & it’s warm, super soft & cozy. The gold buttons add some flare. Im between a s/m in tops & this medium def fits like a small. I randomly found it at the rack & am so excited to wear it for Vday w a burgundy silk skirt. This is worth every penny, considering 80% of current sweaters at Nord’s are made of acrylic, nylon or something that is bad
