Horrible Packaging Arrived Damaged

Shoes didn’t even come in a box. They were in a bag without any stuffing inside the shoe. Shoes arrived, scuffed, creased, and damaged. I would expect better packaging for a pair of $300 shoes. Called Customer service and all they can do is process a return. Very disappointed.
