Poor design
This shoe was ill-fitting, and not very comfortable. The strap that goes around the heel is too long causing it to gap awkwardly, with no way to tighten it. And the strap across the top is too tight. Plus it wasn’t apparent that the shoe has a toe post. I tried wearing the shoes anyway, but after just a couple hours they were killing me. I took them to a shoe repair shop hoping they can shorten the strap. But the shoes will need a lot of breaking in to make them more comfortable.

So cute but terrible Velcro design
The heel strap is at least an inch too long. The Velcro closure is way off in sizing
