This purse was tossed in the shipping box, no tissue or other packaging involved. The shoulder strap was defective & the kiss lock closer was scratched. This clearly was a used return item. However; the purse is cute!!!!!

I think they are selling their flawed handbags at Nordstrom Rack. I returned my bag , now it's back to be sold again.
