This top has a definite party flare with its glitter... Great with a pair of black pants or skirt. Because of the glitter of the arms sleeves , it is constantly rubbing along your side to creat a unusual feeling... You would have to get use to it if you choose to wear ... Sizing is slightly small... Not any stretch at all due to the glitter...
