Cute but TINY

The shoe was really cute however it did not fit therefore I return them to the Nordstrom‘s in Meyerland, Should I say I attempted to the cashier there would not go through any of the measures to look at my purchase besides my phone number and it did not show. She was very rude and told me she’ll see me when I come back with my receipt that should be in an email that I could not access on my dead phone. I then went to Nordstrom‘s in the Galleria Houston, Texas. The lady looked it up did my return and was very kind.
