Go a size smaller
I really like the pant but wish I had purchased the next size down. They fit perfectly the day I bought them. The first time I wore them but they stretched out. They were sagging on me when I took them off. You should consider going one size smaller because the fabric does stretch. I haven't washed them yet and hope they'll shrink a bit in the dryer. This is my first Democracy wardrobe item. Based on my experience I'll be skeptical of them in the future.

The seam on the side of the pants is poorly, I might need to bring the to the semesters to have the side of the pants :(
