Go a size smaller
I really like the pant but wish I had purchased the next size down. They fit perfectly the day I bought them. The first time I wore them but they stretched out. They were sagging on me when I took them off. You should consider going one size smaller because the fabric does stretch. I haven't washed them yet and hope they'll shrink a bit in the dryer. This is my first Democracy wardrobe item. Based on my experience I'll be skeptical of them in the future.
