Sky Max 2.0 28" Expandable Spinner Suitcase

I am a flight attendant and bought this bag because my company issued bag was too heavy and lacked a spinning quality. There are some really great features to this bag and some things to improve. Wheel quality is good and makes it easy to spin. Despite the small size I can fit a lot in this bag! There are a good amount of pockets for smaller storage items and organization. What I hate about this bag though is it feels backwards--most people are right handed ergonomically when I lift my bag to put on a luggage stand I have to pick it up with my left hand and it unzips on the left side of the bag. It seems menial but really gets annoying when you travel frequently. Also the inside zip pouches on the lid of the suitcase are also upside down- if your bag is on the floor it doesn't matter much but if you have it on a luggage stand and try to unzip the pouch all the contents wi just spill out into your suitcase. It should be redesigned to unzip the opposite direction. Also if you have a backpack on the handle it is very hard to drag on carpeted surfaces or over transition strips, I think larger wheels could solve this problem. I really like this bag overall but would love to see some small improvements!
