Terrible quality
Really bad quality, the necklace was tarnished when I opened the box with stains on the pearls.

Faded and Dull Necklace
The pearl and gold necklace arrived looking old, worn out and dull. The pearls were stained and the gold and diamond accents lack lusture. Seems like someone used it to the fullest and returned it. This was supposed to be a gift for a loved one and am seriously doubting the quality of Nordstorm Rack. This should have labeled as Used necklace not as a new one.
