Raya Chelsea Bootie (Women)

I’ve had my eye on these booties for nearly a year, but I kept waiting for them to go on sale. When I saw them at 56% off through Nordstrom Rack, I immediately bought a pair. They’re beautiful boots, however, the right shoe has a whispering sound with each step I take that sounds like it’s shushing me. There must be an air pocket somewhere that’s causing this, but I can’t find the source. I’m keeping the boots because I love them and the price was right, but the sound is annoying. I’m guessing that’s why they’re 56% off, because any other website where I’ve looked for these boots, have sold them at full price. I work in a library, so the shushing sound is comical in a way, but also disappointing.
