Bought this also for preschool. Very soft and the purple color is soft and lovely. The zipper works nicely. Feels like you’re wrapped in a soft blanket. It’s perfect for the California winter. If you live somewhere really cold, it would be great underneath a jacket. We ordered size 3T for the three-year-old and it fits perfectly. It did not shrink.
