On Sale non returnable..
Sized much larger than expected. The coat was darker than pictured, and the collar was cut too big. The overall quality did not meet the standard I expected from Cole Haan. Purchased it on sale, and unfortunately, it was non-returnable — now I understand why. It felt more like an outlet sale item of defective clothing. Very disappointed.
