Leather Quality is Poor

I ordered the gold pair of these loafers last season. They're comfy but don't offer much support. Unfortunately most of the gold has rubbed off the leather in the back, literally peeled off -- and can't be polished or repaired. I will be giving to Goodwill. Huge disappointment.

Not worthy of the brand

Well, wanted to like them, they are a nice leather and cute look. However, the shoe felt like it would not last. It didn't fit my foot well, and I'm a standard 9.5 and Cole Haan often fits well in other styles. These went back because they were just not great loafers, at all.
