Shoes

Too narrow a shoe. Looks great. But was cutting into my foot. Going to try to stretch them. We shall see.

The shoes I received were used!

I received a plastic envelop and inside was just the bottom of a shoe box, no top, and when I pulled the shoes out they were both scuffed up on both sides and had dirt on the bottom. I have never experienced anything like this from Nordstrom's. Extremely disappointed with them.

sneakers run too large

I originally bought a size 12, which is my normal size. They were much two large. I wanted to buy another pair in size 11.5 but they were sold out. I the. Ordered a size 11. They came and fit perfect. Another odd thing with these shoes. The Cole Hann pair I bought were from Men’s Warehouse and were marked down to clearance for $42. I don’t understand why Cole Hann put them out again at a price of $190 marked down to $110 at the Rack?

Nice shoe, horrible smell

I’ve purchased a few different pairs of Cole Haan shoes from Nordstrom Rack online, but this pair came with a horrible chemical smell. So bad that it took a day for my closet to get rid of the smell. Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but even the cashier immediately noticed it when I went to return them. I checked these out at the Cole Haan outlet store, and theirs didn’t have that smell. Not sure what was going on, but at least I was able to find them elsewhere.
