The shoes I received were used!
I received a plastic envelop and inside was just the bottom of a shoe box, no top, and when I pulled the shoes out they were both scuffed up on both sides and had dirt on the bottom. I have never experienced anything like this from Nordstrom's. Extremely disappointed with them.

The shoes I received were used!

Nice shoe, horrible smell
I’ve purchased a few different pairs of Cole Haan shoes from Nordstrom Rack online, but this pair came with a horrible chemical smell. So bad that it took a day for my closet to get rid of the smell. Not sure if I just got a bad pair, but even the cashier immediately noticed it when I went to return them. I checked these out at the Cole Haan outlet store, and theirs didn’t have that smell. Not sure what was going on, but at least I was able to find them elsewhere.
