What it is: Clinique's best-selling, totally tugless liquid makeup remover that whisks away eye and lip makeup.

Who it's for: Ideal for all skin types.

What it does: The brand's #1 makeup remover for eyes and lips dissolves and 'lifts away' long-wearing makeup, even waterproof mascara. It's gentle yet effective, nonirritating and nonstinging.

How to use: Shake well before using. Saturate a cotton ball with the makeup remover. Sweep on and wipe off. Rinse with cool water before reapplying makeup. For long-wearing makeup, use the press-and-hold method: saturate a cotton pad with the liquid makeup remover, then press and hold over lashes for 10 seconds before wiping away makeup. Use the same method for long-wearing lipstick.

Liquid separating - no sealer under cap
I bought this at store and when I went to open at home, there is no sealer under the lid. The liquid looks suspicious with bubbles, and now I am leery to apply to my skin.

NOT VERY EFFICIENT
It doesn't work very well. I was expecting a lot more. The mascara stays dry and caked onto my lashes and then the skin around my eyes. The remover just doesn't get it off very well. I am disappointed.

Bad Cap Design
The product is very good when you can get to use it. The cap design does open properly. On my first bottle I finally got it off but on the second bottle I could not do so and the whole bottle was tossed out. I will not buy this product again.

Still Not A Match For Waterproof Mascara
It’s good but it’s not good enough to strip away all of my waterproof mascara. You know the type. But it will dissolve all other eye makeup without much rubbing.
