How to use: Create a range of looks, from natural definition to a bold cat-eye or a dramatic winged effect. To draw a thin line, use the pen’s narrow tip. For a thicker line, lay the eyeliner pen flat. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover (sold separately).
