Its a wrong size in two par of shoes.

Im very very disappointed with my shopping whit you. I ask for 8.5 and you send me 8. That is too bad . If you doesn’t have, just say that! I’m receive another shoes in the same package I ask size 8.5 . And you send me size 9! Why???? I’m really really unhappy, cause now I need to waist my time returning your shoes. You are very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
