The booties are definitely cute and very comfortable however, the zipper on the left bootie busted. I don’t know if I can exchange them or where to get it fixed. I really like the booties

awful way to send a pair of boots
From the moment I opened the box I suspected something went wrong. The boots were shipped like if someone used them without paper inside and the lateral zippers broken. I’ve never received something in this way
