Cabata Calfskin Leather Tote

I so wanted to love this tote. The leather scratches easy. I was so careful with it and it didn’t matter. Like seriously if someone looks at it, it may just scratch! The handles don’t hold up much weight either. One of the handles started tearing after a few uses with just standard things you would take to work. Compare to a LV tote this tote does not hold any water. For a couple hundred dollars more you can buy a LV that will last you forever. Don’t waste your money!

I get lots of compliments on my bag. I was afraid it might not be strong enough to hold my 13 inch MacBook, I was wrong, the straps are sturdy and it holds my laptop and everything else I carry. The stud details are very cool and I love the attached purse which can be detached and worn separately to carry a phone, credit cards etc….a bonus feature! I bought an insert for it (from an online vendor) so I’m not rummaging for stuff and the insert matches the interior color of my bag perfectly. I’m so glad I made this purchase. Thank you Nordstrom.

I loved this bag so much, I bought the Soft Cabata Tote in white. After 8 months of carrying this bag, to work. Using as my work and lunch tote, it’s Amazing! The bag doesn’t have a dent in it! Handles have not one crease or fade to them. The calfskin doesn’t scuff or scratch easy! I’ve read reviews, others complaining about the spikes being plastic. My opinion, glad they are. Having metal spikes poke into my side, sounds painful, when carrying! The bag is 8 months old in my photos. She has held together so well! I’ve owned several designer totes. This one succeeds my limits, well over others! Such a lovely well made bag! Finally a wonderful quality bag!

I am so in love with my new CL Cabata handbag!! It came packaged so well from Nordstrom. It is well crafted, beautiful, roomy and hands down stylish and sophisticated!! I tend to carry my "life" in my handbag but I have found the one that I can have access to everything I need without weighing it down. I absolutely LOVE this bag and (IMO) it runs circles around its "competitor" if I were to compare but...NOT! If you are considering purchasing, do not hesitate because you will not be disappointed.
