disappointed
I waited so long for these boots, and when they were finally delivered to the store, the size that fit me was missing the insoles. What a disappointment. The larger size was perfect in every other way, but it was too big for me. This was the third time I placed an order for this item. The previous two times I had delivery issues, which is why I chose store delivery this time. I will place the order again for size 7 and hope it’s right this time
