Pretty but Damaged 1st Time Wearing
I wore the delightful Off the Shoulder Ruffle Cuff Blouse in Green for the first time. Unfortunately, the material is easily sensitive and creates damage. I pause to wear the blouse again. It's obvious there is a problem and I don't want to wear clothes that are damaged like that. I love Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, but stuff such as this blouse is a bummer!
