I just received this Marc jacobs crossbody bag and it was packaged very well; it came in a medium size box and bag was wrapped very well in tissue like paper. Very professional! This bag is a great size. I would say it is 9in x 9 in, a very perfect square. It can fit any iPhone size from 16 plus from 11,12,13,and so on. You will also have enough room for a small tablet; lipstick etc. it’s a must have!!!!

Two Defective Bags
I bought this on 12/10 from the Tukwila WA store. I exchanged it on 12/26 because the stitching was coming undone. On 2/4 I noticed that not only as a stitching coming out again, but so much so that part of the bag is starting to detach from the other. The accessories manager at the store clearly did not believe me and refused to make an exception and allow me to return it, even though she has the discretion. I spend a lot of money at Nordstrom and I definitely will not be shopping at Nordstrom Rack after this experience. I’m planning to dispute this on my credit card. I also attached a photo of the bag to show that this is still in very good condition and has nothing to do with usage, nor wear and tear.
