Not a keeper for me.
The extra small seemed large in an odd way - right around the armpits. Was not flattering and looks nothing like the picture even when unbuttoned. Color is not as pretty either. It does have a nice thick knit feel, but strings were loose. Will return.

Cute but..
It's cute and true to size, but after ONE week of wear, I already saw peeling. I hadn't even washed it yet. Not a big deal as I have a device for it, but I don't see it being a long-lasting sweater. It's also gotten a bit chilly in Los Angeles and its not much to keep you warm.

Unusually long sleeves
I'm usually a size small when it comes to clothing. However this cardigan runs large on the sleeves, which were abnormally too long to be a size small. They exceed my entire arm and hands. I've also noticed a few loose strings/yarn hanging from the back of the cardigan. Too bad Nordstrom rack doesn't offer exchanges or free in-store pickup to local stores. On Nordstrom rack's part of customer service, they seem to be going downhill to require an unreasonable minimum spending amount to get you "free shipping". On my recent order (last Wednesday) I only had to spend half the current minimum to qualify for free shipping. Alternatively, they ask you to pay $10 extra to pack and ship your order in a ridiculously huge box. There are more sustainable and cost-effective shipping methods, do better Nordstrom! I will definitely be returning this item and ending my patronage.
