narrow and question whether genuine
These run narrow and if anything long in the footbed. The upper leather is very nice, but the sole of the shoe — unlike the genuine version straight from the brand — is not leather. If you check the brands website on this shoe the entirety is leather. This is the last time I buy what should be designer shoes from Nordstrom Rack.

runs 1/2 size big
This shoe is beautiful and high quality. However, I’m a true 8.5M and the equivalent of that is a 39.5 (box says 8.5M/39.5) and it’s 1/2 size too big. I’m so disappointed because they are sold out of the 8.0M and I love this shoe!
I’ll have to return this pair, unfortunately :-(

Sent me worn shoes for 169!
Disappointing after bought blue loafers which were immaculate. These had been worn for a hefty $169. No more available in my size to replace them either! Customer said they could not do anything other than return them but I can’t get my size now! Would take a discount on them. Nordstrom?

Love the shoe and I love the fit. Very, very comfortable. Great style. My only issue is that I don’t believe that the soul the shoe is all leather, which is why the price was what it was. The shoes came in perfect condition.
