Are the uppers really leather???
Very stiff - feels more like a synthetic upper than leather. Runs long but narrow in the toe box. My heels keep slipping out of the shoe as I walk. The sole is a good thickness but stiff as well. But I like the overall look of the shoe, especially the bow and detail on the heel.

Size down as they run large!
Like the shoes but they run large which will make it impossible to wear as my feet keep slipping out. And what really bothered me is that when I called customer service to ask about getting a smaller size I was told it’s final sale. Disappointed the least to say as I didn’t want to return the item but exchange for small size that is in stock as per their website. The only solution given was to go to store and “try my luck” as maybe they would be able to do something!

Super pretty shoe, but was like 1" too long!!
Ordered my usual size, but this shoe was incredibly too long, tho the width was normal. So bizarre. Ordered a full size smaller to try as I do really like the shoe.

My weird feet are happy
I have long and skinny feet with an excessively high arch and sensitive toes that need room. These are roomy and will work very well in the winter with socks. Until then, without socks, they're about 1/2 size too big but there is no such thing as a 10.5. I used those little cork things that go under the ball of the foot to keep my foot from slipping, then added no-show socklets and they work great. I have special orthotics for the excessively high arch and those may fit inside, too. I haven't tried them yet.
