Disappointed
I was so excited to get this bag. It was at the right price point, and I love Boss. It took one week for it to fail me. The leather started to peel. I loved everything about his bag, but I am so disappointed it wasn't better made.

I second what the other reviewer posted about the quality of this bag. Beautiful color, but horrible quality! I’ve had it a little over one month and the handles are peeling. I do not recommend this bag at all. It was such a waste of money!

Nice color
bought this Boss purse on August 19 and was really disappointed. The very first day I wore it, the handle started peeling off. For such a brand, I expected much better quality—even if the material is synthetic. The bag is a beautiful color, but the construction is just not worth it. To make things worse, when I went to return it at the Nordstrom Rack Westheimer location Houston, Texas, the cashier (Kendra) and the store manager were both extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained that I had just purchased it and that they could easily check my account, but they didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Overall, poor quality product and terrible customer service. I would not recommend.
