Worst shipping for a final-sale

Received jam packed (once again) in a smaller plastic bag. All wrinkle. Worst, it’s kind of damped! Ugh… As a final sale, it’d be handled with even better care. One would think!?! Come on, about time, Nordstrom Rack Customer Sevice…!!!
