I loved the look of these boots but the sizing was off. I usually wear a 7.5 to 8. The 8 was way too big and the 7.5 was uncomfortably tight. Too bad because they’re nice looking boots.

Oil on interior packaging?
I ordered the brown boot - when I opened the box the cardboard/paper that was used to separate the 2 boots showed signs of oil (not just 1 or 2 drops - but several 5+). Did not even try them on, but they looked like just what I wanted. Returned to store. Return was easy and staff pleasant to deal with.
