Arizona Oiled Genuine Shearling Sandal - Discontinued

Worst experience. I feel utterly robbed by this greedy corporation. Never received the item along with two other items in my order, customer service gave me a run around for a week saying they would refund me then told me they could not do anything. I learned this is a common problem others continuously encounter. Very disappointed in their customer service. Just a warning to all, don’t expect much! I had to issue a police report to Nordstrom in order to have anything done, and this was their own team telling me I should do that.

I’m a big Birks fan and own many. This was a great new addition to my pack. Very comfortable, love the shearling, and the iron color is different and “chef’s kiss”. I had zero shipping issues.

Never received item, Nordstrom refused to refund or resend.
