Very uncomfortable
The worst shoes I’ve ever owned. I can’t even walk one block in them without severe pain. They also caused a large open wound on the back of my foot. Unfortunately, I bought two pairs in different colors because I expected them to be comfortable. They were very expensive, and now I can’t wear them or return them. A complete waste of money.

Better than imagined

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice !!!
I absolutely love the style of these shoes, and they are incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with their durability has been very disappointing.
The first pair I purchased seemed fine at first, but while walking one day, I felt something was off. When I looked down, I was shocked—and honestly embarrassed—to see that the heel was separating from the shoe. Since I was wearing a short dress, it was especially noticeable. It appeared that the adhesive had failed, causing the shoe to come apart.
I assumed it was just a manufacturing defect and decided to give them another chance by purchasing a second pair. Thankfully, I noticed a similar issue while heading out the door. After wearing the replacement pair only twice, both shoes were already coming loose in the same way.
While I genuinely love the look and comfort of these shoes, two pairs failing so quickly makes it difficult for me to recommend them. The quality simply hasn't matched the design.

I have never returned a pair of Franco Sarto shoes until now. I read the reviews that they ran small, so I ordered a nine-wide to ensure they were not too small and snug. My toes were hanging over the front of the shoes, and they were so tight—no way it was wide; they were beautiful shoes.
