I ordered one size up since I wanted the straps a little longer and still is tight and forms well. I don’t worry about my chest falling out either. MUST BUY! A super cute set as well :)

I wear this set for my pilates and yoga flows, but you could do anything in them, they don't move and they aren't thin. Such a great top for the gym. I love that it's long enough to cover my stomach so I don't have a belly "ice cream sandwich" situation.
