Crappy Delivery

Ordered for my wife as we were going away for our 25th. Original delivery date was6 days before we were to go away. Received a email saying delivery was on schedule, couple of hours later received a second email indicating delivery was going to ne late. Call NR and they assured me it would arrive before we were to leave. It wasn't. Sent it back without even opening when we returned.
