Returning, Bag Quality.
it is made out of plastic, lightweight, it is open on both ends, heating mechanism on each side of the interior plastic heat the toast only on one side. Poor construction , too much heat escapes from both ends of the toaster. I find it greatly of apprised. I will be returning mine for full refund. I do not recommend for Nordstrom to carry this item . Quality is very bad.

Need more color
Some appliances have a unique charm in their design. Its functionality and ease of cleaning are definite pluses. I am enjoying the perfectly toasted croissant. I wish they have more color option to suit my kitchen.

Easy to use and clean
This toaster takes up no more space than my previous toaster. The design is simply brilliant. The bread or oversized scone is placed on a carriage that smoothly slides into the unit, and is just as easy to remove once done.
