Too Small- Not 16.5 x 9.75
This is not the size it says. That size is overall measurement outside of handle to outside of handle. Measurements are for the outside of the pan, not actual usage. Was expecting a pan big enough for a family of 4 dinner. This is not it. A cake pan 13x 9 is bigger than this. Other than the size it is a nice heavy pan. If you need small than this is it.Mine is going back.
